Cancellation, modification and return policy.

Custom Orders (Trica and Amisco):
We start processing your order immediately. Therefore, cancellation or modification to your order can only be done within 3 days of the purchase date. All Trica and Amisco products are custom orders. Sorry, no exceptions.

Stock Items:
Stocking items are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the actual round trip shipping costs. Please be careful when ordering your furniture and let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the right furniture for your situation. Always measure the space you are placing the furniture. Sorry we cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise. Any returns must be in their original packaging.

Returns Policy
A return authorization number (RAN) must be obtained before any products are returned. Call 1-888-719-7378 to receive your RAN. Items will not be authorized for return after 15 days from the delivery date.

Shipping and Delivery
Custom made orders are normally shipped within 7 to 14 business days and ship UPS ground. We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. Most items require some assemble. Please contact us for specifics.

What if an item arrives damaged?
If an item is damaged, please notify us and the shipping company immediately. We will order the replacement part(s) needed to rectify the problem. We are not responsible for any damaged parts if not reported within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Do you collect sales tax?
We are authorized to collect sales tax for New Jersey. If your order is shipped within the state of New Jersey please add 7% sales tax.

Will my purchase look the same as the photo?
We try to be as accurate as possible with measurements and colors. If measurements and colors are critical please contact us before ordering. We will not be responsible for color or size variations.
